1.1 AI & Cloud Processing Data

To provide AI-powered features, AVEIF AI may upload media you actively select to our secure cloud servers for processing.

• What is processed — Only items you actively select are uploaded, and each upload is used strictly to generate the specific AI effect you request.
• No biometric profiling — We do not build, collect, or store biometric facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or persistent facial identifiers.
• No secondary use — Uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or AI model pre-training without your explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — Original images and videos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the generation result is returned; no copy is retained.
• Proprietary infrastructure — All AI capabilities run on our proprietary models on private infrastructure; content is not forwarded to third-party AI APIs or external cloud models.

1.3 Usage & Device Information

We automatically collect data to ensure app stability and performance. Because AVEIF AI does not require account sign-in, this information is tied only to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify you personally.

• Device attributes — Unique device identifier (UUID), OS version, device model, and mobile network information.
• Usage logs — IP address, access logs, and in-app interaction history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following legitimate purposes:

• Core Functionality — To deliver AI photo and video generation and related editing services.
• Customer Support — To resolve technical issues and respond to your feedback.
• Security & Safety — To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to our systems.
• Service Improvement — To analyze usage trends and optimize our proprietary AI models.

3. Device Permissions

AVEIF AI may request the following iOS permissions. You can manage them in your device Settings at any time.

• Photos — To select and edit media from your library for AI processing.
• Camera — To capture new content for instant AI processing.
• Tracking (IDFA) — To provide a more personalized experience, subject to your explicit consent via the system prompt.
• Notifications — To alert you when your AI generation task is complete.

4. Third-Party Disclosure & Data Transfer

AVEIF AI does not sell your personal information.

• Service providers — We use trusted partners such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure cloud hosting. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• No third-party marketing — We do not share your data with third parties for their independent marketing or advertising.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or valid government request.
• International transfers — Data may be processed on servers outside your country; we ensure transfers meet high security standards and applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Security & Retention

• Account data — Where applicable, account-related data is retained only while your account remains active.
• Media minimization — Original media uploaded for AI generation is deleted immediately after processing completes.
• Encryption — We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit during upload and processing.

AVEIF AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

Welcome to AVEIF AI. By downloading or using our app on the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AVEIF AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Generative AI (AIGC) Provisions

AVEIF AI uses generative artificial intelligence to process photos and videos.

2.1 Input Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any input (photos, videos, or text prompts) you provide. You warrant that you have the right to use such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

2.2 Output Nature

Due to the nature of machine learning, AI-generated output may not be unique across users. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any output.

2.3 AI Labeling & Watermarking

In compliance with applicable digital content regulations, AVEIF AI may embed digital watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata in outputs. Circumventing or removing these identifiers is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your input — You retain ownership of your original input and grant AVEIF AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the service.
• Generated output — Subject to these Terms and your subscription tier, rights in the output are transferred to you for personal or commercial use as applicable.
• App assets — All UI/UX, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, and music in the app are owned by the developer and protected by copyright.

4. Apple App Store Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing — Purchases are processed through your Apple ID. Prices may change with notice.
• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds — Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support; we cannot access Apple's payment systems.
• Compute credits — AI generation may require compute credits that expire at the end of a billing cycle as shown in the app.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use AVEIF AI to:

• Non-consensual imagery — Create realistic portrayals of individuals without their express consent.
• Illegal content — Generate content involving child exploitation, extreme violence, or hate speech.
• Reverse engineering — Attempt to extract weights, architecture, or source code of our proprietary AI models.
• Misleading use — Represent AI-generated content as purely human-captured recordings for fraud or deception.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where possible, on-device processing via Apple Neural Engine is used; cloud processing employs encryption in transit and deletion after task completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVEIF AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI output or loss of data.

8. Service Modifications

As AI regulations evolve, we may modify these Terms or app features to remain compliant. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.

• 生成内容 — 在遵守本条款及订阅等级的前提下，输出内容的权利按适用情况转让给您供个人或商业使用。
• 应用资产 — 应用内 UI/UX、专有 AI 模型、滤镜、模板及音乐均归开发者所有并受版权保护。

4. Apple App Store 订阅与付款

• 计费 — 购买通过 Apple ID 处理，价格变更将另行通知。
• 自动续订 — 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。可在 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中管理。
• 退款 — 退款须向 Apple 支持申请，我们无法访问 Apple 支付系统。
• 算力积分 — AI 生成可能消耗算力积分，积分可能在账单周期结束时失效，以应用内说明为准。

5. 禁止行为

您不得使用 AVEIF AI：

• 非自愿影像 — 未经明确同意制作他人的逼真肖像。
• 违法内容 — 生成涉及儿童剥削、极端暴力或仇恨言论的内容。
• 逆向工程 — 试图提取专有 AI 模型的权重、架构或源代码。
• 误导使用 — 将 AI 生成内容冒充纯人工拍摄以进行欺诈或欺骗。

6. 隐私与数据安全

数据处理受我们的隐私政策约束。在可能情况下使用设备端 Neural Engine 处理；云端处理采用传输加密，并在任务完成后删除数据。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，AVEIF AI 不对因使用服务而产生的间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任，包括 AI 输出不准确或数据丢失。

8. 服务变更

随着 AI 法规发展，我们可能修改本条款或应用功能以保持合规。变更后继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

9. 适用法律

Subscription Terms & Cancellation

1. Service Overview

AVEIF AI offers VIP membership tiers (Pro, Super, and related plans) that unlock premium AI features and compute credits. Payment is charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We cannot process refunds directly. For refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
